Refund and Return Policy for Gram Sootra

At Gram Sootra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our silk products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we have outlined our refund and return policy to address your concerns. Please read the details below carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Custom or personalized items, discounted products, or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
 


2. Items Eligible for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided.

  • The item was lost in transit or did not arrive.
 


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable.

    1. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  1. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 


4. Refund Process

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

    • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
 


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge.
 


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom-made or personalized silk products.

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold at a discount.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
 


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, the standard return process applies.
